เมื่อวันที่ 25 มีนาคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา PSU Esports Studio - Phuket ได้จัดการแข่งขันเพื่อคัดเลือกตัวแทนนักศึกษา ม.อ.ภูเก็ต เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาอีสปอร์ตชิงชนะเลิศมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 1 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดย สํานักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สป.อว.) เพื่อผลักดันซอฟต์พาวเวอร์และพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลผ่านกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์

สำหรับการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ เปิดให้เข้าร่วมทั้งหมด 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ Arena of Valor (RoV) ทีมชาย, Arena of Valor (RoV) ทีมหญิง, Street Fighter 6 และ FC Online โดยแต่ละสถาบันสามารถส่งตัวแทนเข้าร่วมแข่งขันได้ไม่เกินประเภทละ 2 ทีม

ภายหลังการขับเคี่ยวกันอย่างเข้มข้น ได้ตัวแทนนักศึกษาที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกในแต่ละประเภท ดังนี้

นักศึกษาที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะเป็นตัวแทนของมหาวิทยาลัย เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันในรอบคัดเลือกเขตภาคใต้ ซึ่งเป็น 1 ใน 5 เขตการแข่งขันทั่วประเทศ เพื่อเฟ้นหาผู้ชนะประเภทละ 30 ทีม ผ่านเข้าสู่รอบชิงชนะเลิศระดับประเทศร่วมกับทีมเจ้าภาพ รวมทั้งสิ้น 32 ทีม โดยในรอบสุดท้ายจะมีการชิงเงินรางวัลและเหรียญเกียรติยศ ซึ่งรางวัลชนะเลิศในแต่ละประเภทมีมูลค่าสูงถึง 65,000 บาท

On 25 March 2026, the PSU Esports Studio - Phuket hosted a qualifying tournament to select student representatives from Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus. The students will compete in the 1st Thailand University Esports Championship, organized by the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (OPS MHESI) to promote Soft Power and develop digital skills through creative activities.

The competition featured four categories, with each institution permitted to send up to two teams per category

• Arena of Valor (RoV) - Men’s Team

• Arena of Valor (RoV) - Women’s Team

• Street Fighter 6

• FC Online

After an intense series of matches, the following students were selected as campus representatives

These students will represent the university in the Southern Region Qualifiers, one of five regional zones nationwide. The top 30 teams from each category will advance to the National Finals to join the host teams, making a total of 32 finalists.

The final round will see athletes competing for prize money and medals of honor, with the first-place prize for each category valued at 65,000 Baht.
