เมื่อวันที่ 13-17 มกราคม 2569 นักศึกษาจาก มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต ได้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน กีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 41 คัดเลือกภาค 4 รายการอีสปอร์ต ณ โรงเรียนสอาดเผดิมวิทยา จังหวัดชุมพร

การเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ มีนักศึกษาจาก ม.อ.ภูเก็ต จำนวน 2 คน ทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนของ จังหวัดภูเก็ต ในฐานะผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาอีสปอร์ต เกม RoV (Arena of Valor) ได้แก่

- นางสาวธัญชนก เดชสอน นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาวิชาธุรกิจดิจิทัล (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) ทำหน้าที่ ผู้ฝึกสอนทีมหญิงและทีมผสม

- นายพิชญะ ส่องแสง นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะการบริหารและการท่องเที่ยว การจัดการนวัตกรรมทางธุรกิจ (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) ทำหน้าที่ ผู้ฝึกสอนทีมชายและทีมผสม

จากความมุ่งมั่น ทักษะ และการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักกีฬา และผู้ฝึกสอน ส่งผลให้ ทีม RoV จังหวัดภูเก็ต สามารถคว้ารางวัลรวม 3 เหรียญ ประกอบด้วย

- เหรียญเงิน 2 เหรียญ จากประเภททีมหญิง และทีมผสม

- เหรียญทองแดง 1 เหรียญ จากประเภททีมชาย

PSU Esports Studio - Phuket ขอแสดงความยินดีกับนักศึกษาทั้งสองคน รวมถึงทีมจังหวัดภูเก็ต ที่ร่วมกันสร้างชื่อเสียงและนำความภาคภูมิใจมาสู่มหาวิทยาลัยและจังหวัดในครั้งนี้

From 13-17 January 2026, students from Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus, participated in the 41st Thailand National Youth Games (Regional Qualifiers - Region 4) in the Esports at Saard Phaderm Wittaya School, Chumphon Province.

For this competition, two students from PSU Phuket served as representatives of Phuket Province in the role of esports coaches for the game RoV (Arena of Valor)

- Miss Thanchanok Dechsorn, 1st-year student, College of Computing, International Program in Digital Business, served as the coach for the women’s team and the mixed team.

- Mr. Pichaya Songsang, 1st-year student, Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism, International Program in Business Innovation Management, served as the coach for the men’s team and the mixed team.

Through the dedication, skills, and teamwork of both the athletes and coaches, the Phuket Province RoV team achieved a total of three medals, consisting of

- Two silver medals in the women’s team and mixed team categories

- One bronze medal in the men’s team category

PSU Esports Studio - Phuket extends its congratulations to both students and the Phuket Province team for bringing honor and pride to the university and the province through this achievement.
