เมื่อวันที่ 13-14 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ที่ผ่านมา ศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนรู้ด้านอีสปอร์ตเพื่อความเป็นเลิศและขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจในภาคใต้ (PSU Esports Studio - Phuket) ได้จัดกิจกรรม "Esports Journey: เส้นทางสู่อาชีพอีสปอร์ต" สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนภูเก็ตวิทยาลัย ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของค่ายพัฒนาทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ ณ วิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต

กิจกรรมนี้มีนักเรียนเข้าร่วมทั้งหมด 35 คน โดยเนื้อหามุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้รอบด้านเกี่ยวกับอีสปอร์ต ตั้งแต่ประวัติศาสตร์ การพัฒนา ไปจนถึงการแข่งขัน

นักเรียนยังได้เรียนรู้ถึงอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอีสปอร์ต เช่น โค้ช นักวิเคราะห์ นักแข่งขัน และผู้จัดการทีม พร้อมทั้งรับฟังประสบการณ์จากนักแข่งขันอีสปอร์ตโดยตรง เพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และตระหนักถึงโอกาสของสายอาชีพในอุตสาหกรรมอีสปอร์ต

ศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนรู้ด้านอีสปอร์ตเพื่อความเป็นเลิศและขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจในภาคใต้ (PSU Esports Studio - Phuket) เป็นศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนรู้ผ่านเกมและอีสปอร์ต ที่ก่อตั้งโดยมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ และดำเนินการโดย วิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อยกระดับการศึกษาและความเป็นเลิศในด้านอีสปอร์ต ด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และอุปกรณ์ที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างพลังในการเรียนรู้ให้กับนักเล่นเกม นักศึกษา และผู้สนใจ

On 13-14 December 2024, the PSU Esports Studio – Phuket organized the game-based learning activity called “Esports Journey: The Path to an Esports Career”. The activity was part of a computer skills development camp at the College of Computing, Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus. It was specifically designed for Grade 8 students from Phuket Wittayalai School.

A total of 35 students participated in this activity, which offered comprehensive knowledge about esports, covering its history, development, and competitive aspects.

The students were also introduced to various careers in the esports industry, such as coaches, analysts, professional players, and team managers. Additionally, they had the opportunity to hear firsthand experiences from esports players, inspiring them to explore the career opportunities available within the esports sector.

The PSU Esports Studio – Phuket is a gaming and esports hub established by Prince of Songkla University and operated by the College of Computing. Our mission is to elevate esports education and excellence, providing facilities and equipment to inspire gamers, students, and professionals alike.
