เมื่อวันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา สำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (depa) ได้จัดการแข่งขัน depa ESPORTS TOURNAMENT (Grand Final Tournament) ณ บีท แอคทีฟ ไบเทค บางนา กรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งนอกจากจะเป็นเวทีแข่งขันอีสปอร์ตระดับประเทศแล้ว ยังเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษารุ่นใหม่ได้เข้ามาสัมผัสประสบการณ์จริงในวงการอีสปอร์ตอีกด้วย

ในงานนี้ PSU Esports Studio - Phuket ได้ส่งนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในฐานะนักพากย์เกมหน้าใหม่ เพื่อเรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะด้านการพากย์เกมอย่างมืออาชีพ

โดยมีตัวแทนนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ คือ นายปิติวรรธน์ เอกธนอนันต์ นักศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งได้รับโอกาสเข้าร่วมการอบรมและฝึกปฏิบัติจริง โดยเข้าการอบรมเชิงลึกด้านการพากย์เกม พร้อมการรับชมและเรียนรู้จากนักพากย์มืออาชีพ ก่อนจะลงสนามจริงกับบทบาทนักพากย์วิเคราะห์เกมของการแข่งขัน

PSU Esports Studio - Phuket มุ่งส่งเสริมนักศึกษาให้ได้เปิดประสบการณ์จากเวทีจริงในอุตสาหกรรมอีสปอร์ต ผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมและการแข่งขันในระดับต่าง ๆ เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะทั้งในด้านวิชาชีพ การทำงานเป็นทีม การสื่อสาร และการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมจริง ซึ่งนับเป็นการปูพื้นฐานที่สำคัญในการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้พร้อมเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานดิจิทัล และเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมอีสปอร์ตในอนาคต

On May 30, 2025, the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) organized the depa ESPORTS TOURNAMENT (Grand Final Tournament) at BEAT Active BITEC BURI. This national-level esports competition not only served as a competitive platform but also provided an opportunity for the younger generation of students to gain real-world experience in the esports industry.

PSU Esports Studio - Phuket participated in the event by sending students to participate as novice shoutcasters, providing them with an opportunity to learn and develop professional shoutcasting skills.

One of the student representatives was Mr. Pitiwat Aekthanaanan, a student from the College of Computing, who had the opportunity to attend an in-depth training program in shoutcasting. This included both theoretical instruction and practical experience, such as observing and learning from professional casters before taking on a live casting role as a game analyst during the tournament.

PSU Esports Studio - Phuket is committed to empowering students by exposing them to real-world platforms within the esports industry. Through participation in various events and competitions, students can enhance their professional skills, teamwork, communication abilities, and adaptability in real-world work environments. This initiative lays a solid foundation for preparing students to enter the digital workforce and become a vital force in driving the future growth of the esports industry.
